1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of services at Eldrisan, domain eldrisan.club, a platform for selecting services tailored to pensioners. The current version is dated 2026. Business ID: KW-2225720.

2. Our Offerings

We provide three categories: personalized consultation sessions, digital guides, and physical materials to support elder benefit choices.

3. Charges and Payment

Fees are due at booking or prior to delivery. Accepted methods are displayed at the time of order. Any adjustments to charges will be communicated in writing.

4. Reimbursement and Cancellations

4.1 Personalized Consultation

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, a full reimbursement will be processed via the original payment channel within 14 calendar days. Should you wish to move your appointment, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for reimbursement but may be held as a credit valid for use within six months of the original date.

4.2 Digital Guides

Upon delivery of any digital file, access is immediate and irreversible. Therefore, no reimbursement is possible once the guide is downloaded. If technical defects prevent use, please notify us within seven days for a full reimbursement.

4.3 Physical Materials

Unopened items in original condition may be sent back within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a shipment back, please use our contact form. The sender covers shipping costs. Reimbursements are issued within 14 days of our receipt of the sent-back package. After 14 days, no reimbursement is possible.

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling of personalized consultations is available if requested at least 72 hours before the original date. Rescheduling requests made later may incur an additional charge or be treated as cancellations under Section 4.1.

6. Limit of Liability

Our platform assists with selections based on information provided by you. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or eligibility for external programs. Our liability is capped at the total fees paid for the challenged item or service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version, dated 2026, is always available at Eldrisan. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
